Update of the TeamViewer EULAs and list of Sub-processors

Dear TeamViewer User,

TeamViewer has updated its end user license agreement (EULA) and the list of Sub-Processors. The updated TeamViewer EULA will enter into effect pursuant to sections A. I. 10.1 and B. I. 11.1 of the EULA respectively and the update Sub-Processor list pursuant to section C. 3.2 of the EULA. If you are a user of TeamViewer IoT, this updated EULA will also apply to the business relationship between you and TeamViewer, as the current IoT EULA will be replaced by the TeamViewer EULA. Why am I receiving this email?

TeamViewer is fulfilling its contractual obligation to inform its users about changes to its legal framework and relationships, including updates to the EULA and the list of Sub-Processors.
