| Dear Customer, We would like to provide you with an update on the transfer of ANZ Taiwan’s Retail and Wealth business to DBS. ANZ and DBS have decided to defer the transfer to 9 December 2017, subject to the successful migration between ANZ and DBS. We had previously advised that the transfer would take place on 25 November 2017. The decision to defer the transfer date was made in the best interests of customers, and we are working closely with DBS to ensure a seamless experience for customers. ANZ will continue to serve you until the transfer. You will have received, in writing, detailed information regarding what you can expect from ANZ and DBS leading up to and after the transfer.
